- SeaDog's accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for any injury that may arise out of participation in any activity during your attendance.
- Signature upon sign-in IS ACCEPTANCE of Spa rules; rules may be amended or changed without notice.
- Supplying false identification in no way suspends the validity of such acceptance.
- You MUST be male and 19 years of age or older to enter the premises.
- You MUST present a valid picture ID upon registration.
- You MUST leave Car / House Keys or a piece of ID or Credit Card or $5 as a security deposit.
- You MUST return your towel and keys to the service counter in order to retrieve your security deposit. Locks must remain on the lockers.
- We may suspend privileges to any individual as deemed appropriate.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to the Spa by any individual (members included).
- ZERO TOLERANCE Harassment Policy in effect.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in any area of the complex.
- SeaDog's is a SCENT FREE environment.
- You MUST SHOWER before entering the Hot Tub.
- No recording devices of any kind are allowed on the premises.
- Prostitution, illegal drugs and alcohol are NOT permitted in the Spa. Anyone violating this will be removed.
- We reserve the right to inspect all bags prior to admittance to the spa.
- No sexual activity is permitted in any public area.
- Please ensure your personal belongings are in your locker and secure, as we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen property.
- Dress Code in effect: towels, boxers, briefs or jock straps must be worn in all public areas.
- No wandering around in your STREET CLOTHES.
- Outdoor footwear must be removed and bagged upon entry to the Spa during WINTER months.
- Sleeping is not permitted in public areas.
