Job Description:

Full time and part time positions will require the following:

Attributes to be considered for employment:

• Must be 19 years of age.
• Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be available to work weekends and shift work.
• Must be accountable and dependable.
• Must be motivated and energetic.
• Previous cash handling experience is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet & Register Guests.
• Assign Cabins and Lockers.
• Prepare and Balance Cash Reports.
• Clean change cabins & lockers.
• Make beds and empty garbage cans.
• Clean washrooms, showers, locker room and saunas.
• Replenish soaps, shampoos, & shower gels.
• Test and balance chemicals in hot tubs.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Refill vending machines.
• Wash and fold towels and linens.
• Report all customer issues, damage to rooms,
• furniture or defective equipment.
• Log all reservations.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Provide counter service for all concessions.
• Provide wake up / Reminder calls
