It is possible to get HIV when you suck cock and a small number of men believe they were infected with HIV through sucking. There are no reported cases of a guy getting HIV when someone sucked his dick. Usually, if someone gets HIV through sucking it's because of the condition of their mouth or throat. Gum disease, recent dental work, sores in the mouth, or a sexually transmitted disease, such as herpes in the mouth or gonorrhea in the throat, can increase the risk for HIV through oral sex.

But, many men have caught Hepatitis A and sometimes Hepatitis B from ass licking. Or, they have become infected with intestinal parasites. Both kinds of infections can be serious.

Get vaccinated. There is a free vaccine available for Hepatitis B, and there is also a vaccine for Hepatitis A, which you will have to pay for. If you are vaccinated then you cannot catch Hepatitis A or B.
